Our level of inactivity has become so bad that it is threating our health. The situation has become so dire that years could be lost from our lives through increased risk of disease. An answer to all these problem is proper exercise and yoga. But all this will only happen if we bring a change in our attitudes. Somehow, we have to make exercise a priority in our lives.

However, if you spend just 30-40 minutes per day on different exercises and yoga, you will keep your body strong and healthy.
Yoga and exercising are also termed as alternate medicines because they help you keep you body fit and fight various diseases without having to take any medicines. Some of the advantages offered by yoga and exercising are preventing weight gain, improving sleep, controlling anxiety and depression. It also improves body image, mood, and self-esteem.
It is time to get serious about our health if you want to lead a happy life. If you wait till the last moment, it might well be too late to turn things around.
